What documents can Open Sesame AI use?
Open Sesame can work with existing policies, SOPs, playbooks, onboarding documents, internal guides, PDFs, Word files, slide decks, spreadsheets, and SharePoint or OneDrive content. Your website already positions this around existing documents and a 5-business-day first-team launch.
Will employees see documents they should not access?
No. Open Sesame is permission-aware. If an employee should not have access to a document, Open Sesame should not use that document to answer their question.
How long does setup take?

Do employees need training to use it?
No. Employees sign in with their company email and ask questions in plain language. The goal is simple: no new search behavior, no folder hunting, no technical workflow.
